The International Peace Palace is in The Hague, the Netherlands. It houses the International Court of Justice, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, The Hague Academy of International Law and the Peace Palace Library. Is it about aspiration and hope? Of course. However, for anybody who has seen war up close and first hand, aspiration and hope are sometimes in short supply. Trust me on this one ...
